Ilya Dmitriev is one of the co-founders of the MONOPOLY Group of Companies. He supervises the development of the company in accordance with the strategy. Prior to the establishment of the MONOPOLY transport company he worked with projects of Oleg Tinkov. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation.

Ekaterina Mikhailova is one of the co-founders of the MONOPOLY Group of Companies. She provides a sustainable increase in the production and organizational efficiency of the company. She graduated from the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" named after V.I. Ulyanov.

Kirill Kalikin has been working at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies since 2009. He supervises legal and operational activities of the company, coordinates the ​​ administrative business support. Prior to joining the MONOPOLY Group of Companies, he worked in consulting and audit. He graduated from the Moscow Academy of Labor and Social Relations. 

Lev Starikovsky has been working at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies since 2009. He is responsible for the efficient organization of the core business, and for the development of existing and new verticals. He ensures the efficient functioning of offline and online expedition structures. He graduated from St. Petersburg State Transport University.

Evgeny Ivlev has been working at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies since 2010. He supervises the development and management of sales channels, as well as communication with clients. He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Institute of Cinema and Television.

Yuri Slabynya has been working at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies since 2008. He is charged with the uninterrupted provision of services for the transportation of cargoes, management of the drivers' staff and instructors, as well as the operation of the company's own fleet of vehicles. Prior to joining the MONOPOLY Group of Companies, he worked at NPP Radar Mms JSC as a process engineer. He graduated from the National Research University ITMO.
