How we reach our goals

Monopoly Group of Companies has launched a driver training project called Monopoly.Drive. Instructors provide new hires with information about the features of working as a truck driver.
The educational training program is specially designed for both experienced and inexperienced drivers. Experienced drivers are assessed by instructors and receive necessary briefings covering topics such as working with different types of trailers, fuel-efficient driving, and the specifics of various types of vehicles.
For drivers with minimal experience, a five-day course has been developed. During the course, they become familiar with the vehicle, learn the principles of fuel-efficient driving, and the rules for working during loading and unloading activities.
All theoretical knowledge is put into practice. Drivers go to a special training site where, together with an instructor, they practice vehicle driving features such as reversing in different conditions, maneuvering in tight spaces, and more.
The next step after passing the necessary stages is an exam. If the driver successfully passes the exam, their internship ends and they are employed as a forwarding driver for Monopoly Group of Companies.

In 2019, we launched the Monopoly.Business project. It helps drivers who want to work for themselves become entrepreneurs and rent a truck and a trailer.
Many project participants have no entrepreneurial experience. To support them, we have opened the Business.Practicum. It is a series of meetings with would-be entrepreneurs, in which company experts talk about how to do business in trucking in a dialogue format.
The Business.Practicum lasts for two days before receiving the coupling. On the first day, entrepreneurs learn how to plan a budget, understand the law and legal documents, build logistics and keep accounts.
The second day is dedicated to the specifics of working with vehicles. We tell you how to handle sensitive cargo, how to be economical with fuel and what to do when loading and unloading goods.

The Corporate Executive Basic Skills program was created for the management team that manages the processes at «Monopoly» JSC. The aim of the program is to develop the management skills needed to achieve the company's strategic goals by 2025
There are three modules in the program:- Workflow Management. PDCA cycle;
- Team building. Developing yourself and others;
- Embracing change. Change management.
The company has the 144 managers. Of these, 64% have completed the first and second modules. As of September 2022, 59% of all managers had fully completed the three modules.
In addition to developing managerial competencies, the company's managers also received training on occupational health and safety topics. At the training centers, they were taught how to provide first aid, ensure safe working conditions at the workplace and avoid dangerous situations while on the road.
