Before each release to the flight drivers of «Monopoly» JSC pass mandatory pre-trip medical check-ups. They also undergo preliminary examinations at the time of employment and periodic medical examinations once a year.
In 2021, in 17 offices of the company complexes were installed for drivers of «Monopoly» JSC pre-trip medical examinations.
The complexes are equipped with tonometers for pressure measurement, thermometers for temperature control and breathalyzers. In the complex there is a printer for printing the decision on admission or non-admission of the driver to work, which is accepted by the medical officer.
If a driver successfully passes a pre-trip medical check-up, the result of the medical examination is stamped on the trip ticket.
Drivers of «Monopoly» JSC, as well as participants of the platform, can use the complexes for pre-trip medical examinations.
«Monopoly» JSC annually sends pre-retirement and retirement-age drivers to a sanatorium for rehabilitation programmes - for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, as well as diseases of the musculoskeletal system and respiratory system.
In 2021, 20 drivers were sent to sanatorium treatment, and 20 more in 2022
Drivers of «Monopoly» JSC feel comfortable in the flight they can use the services provided by partners Monopoly.Multiservice.
More than 1,300 drivers in the company have access to seven hot meals and two showers per week, as well as two washes per month.
Multiservice is a network of petrol stations, sinks, tires, power points and another 9 roadside services that the driver may need in the flight.
