The delegation of the MONOPOLY Group of Companies visited the SMART petrol station expo-salon as part of the 20th International Exhibition NEFTEGAZ-2021, where speakers discussed the latest market trends, the enhance of the retail efficiency, the digitalization of petrol stations and processes, and much more.
According to the conference listener Andrey Egorov (Head of the Oil Products Supply Department of the MONOPOLY Group of Companies), the speakers have devoted much attention to various services at the filling stations. This applies to the development of coffee points and food preparation points. Now the market is trying to make such places as convenient and profitable for clients as possible, without losing in quality and taste.
Kirill Afonin, head of the product development at the MONOPOLY Group of Companies, who has also attended the event, noted that the speakers actively discussed the need to measure customer experience at all the contact points, as well as analysis and product development considering client’s needs. It became noticeable that technology is already permeating the entire user journey, but service providers are segmented at different parts of the way. Also there is the emergence of companies aiming to cover all the customer’s needs with a single, connected ecosystem.
It should be reminded that as part of the development of the MONOPOLY.Online platform, active work is underway on the MONOPOLY.Fuel project. Therefore, the constant obtainment of information about market trends allows to modernize the service even faster and better to meet the needs of the audience.
